Xihilisk-"EPTwo Special Edition" 2008 with covers MP3 265kbps
This is a Demonoid exclusive. I would describe the genre as experimental indie/electronica but it has elements of lots of other things including chiptune, post rock, metal etc. It contains the original EPTwo(which was 6 tracks)remastered, and 3 new tracks which are probably the best i've ever done:
Tunnel Physics: This took 80 hours in total to make. Its obscene. Theme for Something: Epic./ PLUSS: 12 minutes of improvised noise recorded with a dictaphone and produced up to make a journey into obtuse dynamics.
It's by far the best release ive ever done (its my 11th album) and it took 18 months to make.

Tech: I use Sonar 6 Producer Edition, Pro Tools and Muzys to make the tracks. Muzys i use to sequence MIDI, Pro Tools is used for audio manipulation, Sonar for recording audio and final mixing/mastering. Many elements are made from recording guitars and manipulating the audio to make it sound like something else entirely. I also record lots of sounds that things make and turning them into beats etc. The only samples i use are one-shots for programming drums. All music is made from Virtual Instruments or real instruments. Beats are made using Battery or sometimes Hydrogen on linux.
Update 08/06/2008: Torrentfreak.com have done an article on artists that release their music on bittorrent and a little interview with me. I should also stress again that the original EPTwo has been available since January, but this release has 3 new tracks and the original 6 have been mastered better and made to sound like they originally should have. When i released the original EPTwo i was in a bit of a hurry to finish it because i had been working on it for 12 months and wanted to release it, so i did with the 6 best tracks i had made for it (i made about 13 tracks). This release is the album it always should have been, and has the 2 best tracks ive made in a long time, "Tunnel Physics" and "Theme for Something" which ive made since i released the original.
